Chocolate Glaze

Yield: 1 1/2 cups
1 c Whipping cream
6 Squares ( 1 ounce each)
-semisweet chocolate,broken
-into pieces
Heat cream to boiling in small saucepan; remove from heat and stir in
chocolate until melted. Let cool until frosting is room temperature
and is beginning to thicken (frosting will be thin, but spreadable).
